As the managing director for the Kukje Gallery in Seoul, Bo Young Song has been able to maintain the reputation of the gallery. Continuing to bring many international artists to Korea and even giving many artists in Korea the spotlight, and she has the pedigree to maintain the galleries standing.
Bo went to school at Paris Dauphine University. Then she went to work on many projects that promoted contemporary Korean art, from the Venice Biennale to exhibition programmes, even international projects. Currently she is part of the Art Basel in Hong Kong, working on an exhibition of Dansaekhwa when she is not busy at the gallery. In 2016, Bo Young Song was named by Apollo Magazine as one of the 40 under 40 most influential artists in the Asia Pacific.
