The soul singer, Sharon Jones has passed away at the age of 60-years-old. Since 2013, the singer has been battling pancreatic cancer and took a break from singing to have chemotherapy and surgery, according to Fresh Air. Eventually, the cancer went into remission. However, it returned with a vengeance this year.
