Sharna Burgess will be sitting out this episode of “Dancing With The Stars,” because of a knee injury. However, her partner, James Hinchcliffe will not be dancing alone on the show that is scheduled to air Halloween night.
Burgess tweeted that she is sad that she won't be able to dance with #Hinchtown on the show, but she has still been involved with the process via FaceTime. Jenna Johnson will be filling in for Burgess, and the duo will dance to the Viennese waltz to the song “You Don’t Own Me” by Grace that features G-Eazy taken from the film “Suicide Squad”. Johnson was eliminated early in the competition is happy to return to show off her moves.
Burgess has had knee injuries in the past, this time she hurt her knee in a dress rehearsal. The Australian is now wearing a knee brace and the injury is turning out to be more serious than originally thought. Producers are now monitoring her recovery to find out if she will return, pending the performance of Hinchliffe and Johnson.
