The latest news from the NFL is that the Minnesota Vikings have given up the first-round pick Sam Bradford. The Eagles have confirmed that they traded Bradford for a 2017 first round draft pick and in 2018 a fourth-round pick.
This happened just six months after the Eagles re-signed Bradford, who was the former number 1 overall draft pick to play a two-year deal. During negotiations, the talks intensified and the Vikings struck a sweet deal with the Philadelphia Eagles for the star player.
Even though Bradford has dealt with injuries in the past, he has a clean bill of health right now and has been performing well all preseason. The Viking snatched up Bradford just in case Bridgewater has not recovered after his knee surgery.
