Reports say that Russell Crowe kicked the rapper, Azealia Banks, out of his hotel room following an altercation. The actor threw the rapper out after she made some threats toward him and his guests, states TMZ.
Many witnesses shared on the TMZ website their accounts of what happened, and at least four people gave a statement to the police in the investigation. Crowe had invited about 10 guests up to his hotel room for some dinner and music. This included rapper RZA and his plus one – Azealia Banks.
The low-key evening went bad when Banks started laughing at Crowe’s music choices. Then she had the audacity to call him and some others “boring white men”. Banks threatened the group with some verbal threats, referencing Tarantino style gore. However, when she grabbed a glass, Crowe stepped in and wrapped her in a “bear hug,” and removed her personally.
While the rapper claims that Crowe assaulted her, from spitting on her to calling her the n-word. She posted the details of her experience on Facebook but deleted it, but not before it was copied.
