After having a stroke, Randy Travis hasn’t been doing much but he shocked the people at the Hall of Fame ceremony with an astounding performance. The legend sang the moving song “Amazing Grace” a cappella after he was inducted with Fred Foster and Charlie Daniels.
The Country Music Hall of Fame inducted three legends to its roster, with Travis being the highlight of the ceremony. He suffered a stroke back in 2013, which left him unable to speak. In fact, his wife had to deliver his acceptance speech. However, he did make it up to the podium with a little help from Garth Brooks and Brad Paisley.
Travis mesmerized the audience when he started singing a portion of the song, “Amazing Grace.” Many were stunned into silence, while others sang along with tears in their eyes.
