Noura Al Kaabi – UAE Minister

Each and every year, Noura Al Kaabi accomplishes more and more as the Minister of State for Federal National Council (FNC) Affairs. In 2016, she was appointed the minister when the government was rearranged, which is a testament to her work and career with the government. Furthermore, she is an influential official with the media in the UAE.

The feminine name Noura is a variant transcription of Nura the female version of Nur, which means “light” in Arabic. In fact, back in Islamic tradition, the name al-Nur is one of the name of Allah.
