Morgana Robinson Needs to Work on Impersonation

Unlike other characters, Morgana Robinson impersonates, Gregg Wallace doesn’t have much of a narrative to work with. It feels different and it needs some real work.

Morgana has a fully range of characters from Robinson’s The Agency, the list of celebrities is amazing. Even through her show started, she would have liked to have a say on the cutting room floor – to eliminate her Gregg Wallace impersonation.

When she spoke to RadioTimes.com, she said that she would have rather dropped the skit that just consisted of the character MasterChef presenter yelling “I like it, I don’t like it!”. This particular character feels like the odd one out to her and she feels it was her weakest impression.

Morgana is super happy with the rest of her characters, from Danny Dyer, Russell Brand, Mel and Sue, to Joanna Lumley.

The feminine name Morgana is the female version of Morgan, which is taken from the Old Welsh name Morcant. The masculine name Morcant is possibly taken from the Welsh words mor meaning “sea” and cant meaning “circle”.

In fact, ever since the 1980s, the name Morgan has become more common in America for girls than boys. This may be because of stories about Morgan le Fay or the fame of the actress Morgan Fairchild. It has even been used as a name for fictional characters in popular culture, like Morgana the DC comic character or the villain from The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea.
