The new movie “Rules Don’t Apply” will feature the actor, Henry “Warren” Beatty, as the aeronautics mogul, marathon womanizer, and movie producer Howard Hughes. This movie takes another perspective on the work of Hughes, even if it is on the verge of being a satirical cartoon.
In most of Mr. Beatty’s work, everything is done with a purpose, right down to the smallest detail. Even the new movie’s opening line is “Never check an interesting fact,” which is a quotation that has been ascribed to Hughes, fits Beatty personality as well.
Back in 1998, Beatty reinvented himself in the comedy “Bulworth,” as a politician that was truthful and used rap to spread his liberal message. While the vocabulary of rap was absolutely ridiculous, it was also very articulate. Beatty is now taking on another political movie, “Rules Don’t Apply,” to expand upon his absurd version of show business and politics.
For Mr. Beatty, playing Hughes is a reflection of some of his past behaviors, like Hughes obsession with secrecy, control or beautiful women. This film is more personal for Mr. Beatty, as it is similar to his autobiography.

The name changed spellings, to Heinrich, after being influenced by other Germanic names, like Haganrich, in which the first element hagan means “enclosure”.
