Geri Halliwell is Pregnant

The Ex-Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell, is now expecting a baby at the age of 44 years old. The singer posted the news to Instagram, with a cute sketch of a pregnant woman and the caption, “God bless Mother Nature.”

Halliwell can’t wait to have a child with her husband Christian Horner from Formula One. The couple is excited about the great news and can’t wait to welcome the new baby to the family, according to a spokesperson for the singer.

Geraldine Estelle “Geri” Halliwell now goes by the name Horner, after her wedding. She has a daughter from a previous relationship with Sacha Gervasi a screenwriter. Her daughter, Bluebell is now 10 years old and couldn’t be happier.

The name Geraldine is the feminine form of Gerald, which means “rule of the spear” in Germanic. The name was created from the elements: ger that means “spear” and wald meaning “rule”. On the other hand, the masculine name Geri is the Old Danish version of GæiRi, which is ultimately the Old Norse short form of different names that contain the element GEIR.
