Enner Valencia Involved in Bizarre Incident

The forward from West Ham, Enner Valencia, appeared to be pursued by police after he was transported by medical buggy in the Ecuador versus Chile game. He was on loan to Everton and was substituted in the World Cup Qualifier held in Quito.

The footage showed Valencia with an oxygen mask over his face while being chased by police officers as the medical buggy carried him off the track to the ambulance. The police were after him because of some child maintenance payments that were overdue.
