Cheryl disabled her comment section on Instagram

After being quizzed by many fans about the baby rumors, Cheryl disabled the comment section on her Instagram account. The star had to take a break from social media for a couple of weeks but returned to post some photographs despite the fact that the rumors haven’t stopped.

Many fans are speculating that she is expecting a baby with Liam Payne from One Direction. However, some fans are jumping to Cheryl and Liam's defense, speaking against the haters and are condemning all the speculation. In fact, Cheryl continues to stay silent about the rumor that she is ready to start a family.

She has recently been spotted at the L’Oreal Gold Obsession Party and looked stunning. Cheryl looks a lot different, though, far from the slim frame she had a few months ago, she now looks radiant with a fuller, healthier figure.

On top of all that, the rumors have started again – claiming the two are ready to get married.

The feminine name Cheryl is an elaboration of Cherie, which may have been influenced by Beryl. The feminine name Cherie is derived from the French word chérie that means “darling”.  The name Beryl is taken from the English word for the pale or clear green gemstone, which is derived ultimately from Sanskrit.

The name Cheryl has not been used before the 20th century. The name was popular during the period of the Cold War. However, in America a variant of the name was used – Sherry – and was not that common. It was popular in America from the 1940s to the 1980s, while in the UK it was popular from the 1950s to the 1990s.
