Camilla Luddington Is Pregnant

The actress, Camilla Luddington from “Grey’s Anatomy” is expecting her very first child. The English actress is 32-years-old and plays Jo Wilson on the series.

Luddington announced that she is expecting with her boyfriend and actor Matthew Alan in a recent post on Instagram. She is thrilled to be pregnant and can’t wait to be a “Cool mom!”

The couple is beyond happy and they can’t wait to bring their fans along for the journey. She will keep people updated on social media when the special package arrives in spring but she just couldn’t keep the news to herself. She thanked all her fans and showed respect to those who had guessed she was pregnant when she appeared on a video on the Ellen Show.

Luddington and Alan have appeared in many shows together, from “Murder in the First,” “Longmire” and “The Mentalist” and began dating this year. Camilla is well-known for playing Kate Middleton in a movie for Lifetime called “William and Kate: The Movie”.

The name Camilla is the feminine version of Camillus, who was a Roman cognomen that is likely Etruscan in origin but has an unknown meaning. The name could be related to the Latin word Camillus, who is “a youth employed in religious services”.
