Anton Du Beke Expecting a Baby with Girlfriend

The star from “Strictly Come Dancing,” Anthony Paul "Anton Du" Beke, and his girlfriend Hannah Summers are expecting a baby. In fact, the couple is expecting the “tippety-tap” of two little ones – as Summers is pregnant with twins.

The veteran of Strictly tweeted that next spring they will be expecting the babies and he is “over the moon!” The friends and fans of Du Beke, 50, were there to congratulate him on the great news! Both Ore Aduba and Oti Mabuse, contestants on Strictly were quick to share their best wishes.

Du Beke has been on the BBC One show since inception in 2004 and has loved every minute. He has been dating Summers for over five years after they met at a golf club.

The couple is very happy together, and have been trying to have children for quite awhile now, a source revealed to The Sun. However, Summers was not able to get pregnant as quickly as they wanted too, and they turned to IVF treatment and it worked!

Anton du Beke is the professional name of Anthony Paul Beke. Anthony is the English version of the Roman family name – Antonius - which origin is unknown but may be Etruscan. The name was common within the Christian world because of the infamous Saint Anthony the Great, who was an Egyptian hermit that founded the Christian monasticism in the 4th-century

Then in the 13th century, the popularity of the name was reinforced, by Saint Anthony of Padua, who was the patron saint of Portugal.
