It’s a breath of fresh air to see a celebrity embrace the amazing gift of motherhood and all that comes with it. Including the post-body baby weight. Anne Hathaway has sent a message to mothers everywhere – embrace your body and love your curves.
The actress went on Instagram to encourage all new mothers to love what you have been given and to embrace the gift of being a mother. Posting that “there is no shame in gaining weight during pregnancy (or ever)...It’s all love (don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.”
This inspiring message is not the first to be posted by the Oscar-winner, regarding the pressures of getting into shape and meeting societies standards. Even when she was asked at the gym by Ellen DeGeneres, that she must be attempting to lose the “baby weight.” She responded that it was “too soon to worry about that....she was just trying to regain some strength.”

The French name Anna comes from the Old Testament as well. The name belonged to a prophetess in the New Testament who saw Jesus as the Messiah. Popular throughout the Middle Ages and among Western Christians because of Saint Anna. The name continues to hold its charm today.
