Babies in the womb just don’t sit idle, they are doing so much in learning within the mom. They are learning to move their fingers, limbs, toes, sucking their thumb. At times, they are dreaming and yawning etc.

Babies are experts on sign language. They are able to understand the sign language much more quickly after birth than talking. Babies easily catch and understand the meaning of goodbye, hello, cuddling and kissing and waving.

Normally people cannot breathe and or swallow at the same time, whereas babies are able to swallow as well as breathe at the same time. Hence now you know why a baby is able to drink milk that fast and breathe quickly at the same time.

Although babies are able to sense the smell and voice of their mother, but they are not able to make out the difference between their and mother and other adults quite quickly, this takes time.

Since babies are not able to recall what they have done till the age of 3, their recording machine in the brain is not functional till then. Hence, they don’t remember pretty much anything once they grow up.
