is a former Canadian politician. He served as a member of the Yukon Legislative Assembly from 1992 to 2000, representing the electoral district of Riverside as a member and leader of the Yukon Liberal Party. He was first elected in the 1992 election and again in the 1996 election. He was subsequently appointed Commissioner of the Yukon, serving from October 1, 2000 to December 1, 2005.
