Martinš Antons: was a Latvian lawyer and politician.He graduated from St. Petersburg University in 1912, Faculty of Law, then worked as a lawyer in Riga. During the First World War he wasa Baltic Refugees Committee member, and the Latvian Riflemen Organizing Committee. He was elected member of the Constitutional Assembly (1920), and Labor Party member of the presidium. Involved with politicians in Stockholm, he was deported to Russia, and was killed in 1941 during World War II.

He is nicknamed Anton.He began his career in a local Swedish team called AIK Sillhövda (1996) and after two years he was transferred to Swedish champions IFK Göteborg. He played there until 2004, when Austria Wien bought him for 450.000€. In January 2006 Panathinaikos FC brought him in Athens to play for them on a 2 year contract. In the summer 2007 he moved to the Danish champions FC Copenhagen.
