Antin Angelovych: was a Greek-Catholic metropolitan. He studied at the Barbareum and in 1793 became the first rector of the Greek Catholic Theological Seminary in Lviv. In 1794 he became professor of dogma and in 1796 rector of Lviv University. In 1795 he was appointed bishop of Peremyshl; in 1798, administrator of the Lviv eparchy; in 1804, administrator of the Kholm eparchy; and in 1805, administrator of both the Lviv and Kholm eparchies.

Eleanor Antin: a performance artist, film-maker and installation artist. For more than three decades, Antin has been a notable presence on the American art scene.[citation needed] A native of New York, she eventually made her home in Southern California.[citation needed] She has been granted dozens of solo exhibitions, as well as represented in countless group exhibitions.[citation needed] Sometimes compared to contemporaries such as Carolee Schneemann and Judy Chicago, Antin's work is largely concerned with issues of identity and the role of women in society.[citation needed]

Manuel Antín: an Argentine film director and screenwriter.Antínwas born in Las Palmas, Chaco Province, in 1926. He first wrote for Argentine television in 1956 and made his directorial debut in 1962. This film, The Venerable Ones earned him a Golden Palm nomination at the Cannes Film Festival, and his Circe (1964), a Golden Berlin Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival. Perhaps his best-known film, the bucolic Don Segundo Sombra (1969), earned him a second Golden Palm nomination at Cannes.
