Yusaku Matsuda: was a Japanese actor. Yusaku was born in Shimonoseki city in Yamaguchi Prefecture. His date was wrongly recorded as 1950 on his birth records due to a parental error in filing a report.He became an actor when he was 23 as a rookie police officer, the "Jeans Detective", for a TV show called "Taiyo ni hoero!" (Bark at the sun) in Japan. Apart from this role, his other defining role on television was in "Tantei Monogatari" (detective story), in which he starred as an incompetent private detective. He featured in many other TV shows and movies. He specialized in physical action movies. The 1989 movie "Black Rain" - directed by Ridley Scott and starring Michael Douglas and Andy Garcia - opened the door for Matsuda as an international actor

Yusaku Iriki: a former Japanese baseball pitcher.Iriki attended the Perfect Liberty High School and Asia University (Japan) before joining the Honda amateur baseball team. He was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in 1996. In 1999, his older brother, Satoshi, was traded to the Giants from the Kintetsu Buffaloes, and the two were teammates from 1999-2000. In 2001, he led the team in wins (13), and appeared in the all-star game for the first time. His brother had also made it to the all-star game, pitching for the Yakult Swallows, and the Iriki brothers made back to back appearances in the all-star game. This was the first all-star sibling relay in Japanese baseball history.
