Yasuo Otsuka: a Japanese animator who worked with Toei Animation and Studio Ghibli.Prior to becoming an animator, Otsuka worked in the Kanto Koshinnetsu district drug enforcement office at the Ministry of Health and Welfare. As a member of the support staff (a so-called "Drug G-man"), he was responsible for the seizure of drugs and was required to operate and maintain a handgun. During his tenure as a Drug G-man, Otsuka would see the release of two types of firearms that later would show up in his animations: the Beretta and the Colt Government - both appearing in (appearing in the Lupin III series (the former used by Fujiko Mine and the latter by Inspector Zenigata).

Yasuo Fukuda: was the 91st Prime Minister of Japan, serving from 2007 to 2008. He was previously the longest-serving Chief Cabinet Secretary in Japanese history, serving for three and a half years (2000–2004) under Prime Ministers Yoshiro Mori and Junichiro Koizumi.[1]Following the resignation of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Fukuda was elected as President of the Liberal Democratic Party and became Prime Minister in September 2007. Fukuda was the first son of a former Japanese Prime Minister (Takeo Fukuda) to also take up the post.

Okiharu Yasuoka: a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Kagoshima Prefecture and graduate of Chuo University, he was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 1972 as an independent. He later joined the LDP and served as the Minister of Justice from 2000 to 2001. He was later returned to the post of Minister of Justice under Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda on August 1, 2008.[1]
