Hisaya Morishige: a Japanese actor. Born in Hirakata, Osaka Prefecture, he graduated from what was known under the old education system as Kitano Middle School (now Kitano High School), and subsequently attended Waseda University. He began his career as a stage actor, then became an announcer for NHK, working in Manchuria. He heads the Japan Actors Union. Among many honors, Morishige received the Order of Culture from the Emperor of Japan in 1991.

Hisayasu Nagata: was a Japanese politician born in Nagoya City in Aichi Prefecture.Nagata secured a B.S. from University of Tokyo in 1993, and then entered the Ministry of Finance. In 1995, he obtained an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Then He resigned his position in 1999 to run for the Lower House in Chiba Prefecture.On November 20, 2000, Diet member Kenshiro Matsunami doused Nagata with water for suggesting that he had slept with female Diet member Chikage Ogi. Nagata later claimed he had said nothing of the sort and was actually only stating that then Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori was unfit to be the leader of his country.
