Kenji Miyamoto: was a Japanese politician who led the Japanese Communist Party (JCP) from 1958 until 1977.Kenji Miyamoto officially joined the Japanese Communist Party in 1931. Miyamoto was arrested by Japanese military police in 1933 and accused of conspiring to beat a policeman to death in a crackdown on Japanese Communists. He denied that he had committed the crime. Miyamoto was convicted of the conspiracy charges and sentenced to life in prison. He was released 12 years later after Japan surrendered, ending World War II in 1945. His prison sentence had been annulled following an imperial decree by Emperor Hirohito.

Probably best known in Japan as Zaoumaru Zaitsuhara/Kamen Rider Zanki in the Tokusatsu television series Kamen Rider Hibiki, 2005-2006 and as the Buddhist monk Kamen Rider Touki in the movie special.

Kenji Fukuda: a Japanese football player, who currently plays for Ionikos FC. He is a left-footed forward.After graduating from Narashino High School in Chiba in 1996, he joined J. League side Nagoya Grampus Eight. He helped the club to win the Sanwa Bank Cup, the Asian Cup Winners Cup (both in 1997) and the Emperor's Cup (in 1999). He moved to F.C. Tokyo, then Vegalta Sendai. He was loaned out from Sendai to a series of clubs in Latin America and Spain. Las Palmas signed him on a permanent basis in 2007. In August of 2008 he moved to Greece and Ionikos FC.

As Governor-General, he promoted a new policy of Doka, where Taiwan would be governed the same way as the Home Islands, and Taiwanese would be assimilated into normal Japanese society.
