Kiely Alexis Williams: an American singer, actress, songwriter, dancer, and occasional rapper most notable for being a member of the girl group The Cheetah Girls and formerly a member of the now disbanded girl group 3LW.In late 1999, Williams along with Adrienne Bailon, and Naturi Naughton formed the girl group 3LW. 3LW released their first single "No More, Baby I'ma Do Right" in fall 2000, which became a top 30 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. They're debut album, released in 2001, went Platinum. In late 2002, Naughton left the group due to creative differences and internal disputes. The remaining 3LW members released they're sophmore album A Girl Can Mack, which sold poorly. 3LW later replaced Naughton with Jessica Benson and briefly attemped a comeback in 2006, with the single "Feelin You'", but failed. 3LW broke up in 2007, with Bailon and Williams signed to The Cheetah Girls.

Benedict "Ben" Kiely: was an Irish author and broadcaster from Omagh, County Tyrone, Ireland.Kiely's father, Tom, a native of Moville, County Donegal, was a Boer War veteran. When he was only eighteen, he joined the Leinster Regiment. Over the next five or so years, he travelled over Ireland and abroad, including the Caribbean, and finally, to South Africa. He was decorated for heroism, for his actions in the Boer War (during which time he had met with General Christiaan De Wet). Sometime after having retured to Ireland, Tom took up employment with the Ordnance Survey as a survey measurer (or "chain man" - so called because a chain was used to do the measuring).
