Louis-Jacques-Jessé Milon: was a French ballet dancer and ballet master. After some years spent as premier danseur at Paris's Académie royale de Musique, he became ballet master at the Ambigu-Comique, where he had much success with Boulevard plays. Summoned to the Paris Opéra as ballet master, he wrote several works for it between 1790 and 1826, mostly also produced on the main stages of Europe. In parallel to his choreography career, he was also the last "grand professeur" of pantomime at the Opéra.

Giannis Milonas: is a retired Greek professional basketball player. He played for Peristeri BC from 1989 to 1997. He also played for Apollon Patras BC and Dafni BC. He was a member of the Greek National Squad that won the 4th place in the 1994 FIBA World Championship.

He was elected to the board of governors at the African Development Bank in the Ivory Coast in 1976, and represented eight African countries: Congo, Cameroon, Benin, Cote d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Niger and Mauritania. He held that position for 7 years, before being elected to the board of governors at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. in 1983, where he met his colleague Nicephore Soglo. He remained at the World Bank until 1990.
