Kenzo Yokoyama: a retired Japanese football player. Yokoyama also coached the Japan national team between 1988 and 1991.After graduating from Kawaguchi High School and Rikkyo University, he played professionally in the Japan Soccer League for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (now Urawa Red Diamonds) in Saitama Prefecture. He played a total of 136 league games, and 37 games for the national team. Yokoyama also played in two Olympics, including the bronze-medal team at the 1968 Summer Olympics.

Kenzo Okada: was an American painter of Japanese birth. In 1922 he entered the department of Western painting at Tokyo School of Fine Arts, called today Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, but in 1924 left for France where he studied with fellow Japanese expatriate Tsugouharu Foujita, executing paintings of urban subjects. In 1927 he returned to Japan, where he exhibited widely.In 1950 he moved to New York City, where he produced abstract paintings. Undoubtedly stimulated by Abstract Expressionism, these nevertheless display a strong Japanese sensibility and feeling for form. His paintings from the 1950s reveal subtle changes in the natural world through the use of imagery constructed with delicate, sensitive colour tonalities, floating within the compositional space. In 1953 he began to exhibit his abstract expressionist paintings with the Betty Parsons Gallery in New York City.
Kenzo Tange Origin/Culture/Country: Japanese
Kenzo Tange: was a Japanese architect, and winner of the 1987 Pritzker Prize for architecture. He was one of the most significant architects of the 20th century, combining traditional Japanese styles with modernism, and designed major buildings on five continents. Kenzo Tange was also an influential protagonist of the movement structuralism. He said: "It was, I believe, around 1959 or at the beginning of the sixties that I began to think about what I was later to call structuralism", (cited in Plan 2/1982, Amsterdam).
