Hedwige (Gennaro)-Chrétien: was a French composer. She was appointed a music professor at the Paris Conservatoire in 1889 where she had previously been a student from 1874, studying with Ernest Guiraud. In 1881, she won first prize in harmony, counterpoint and fugue. She also won first prize in piano and in composition in other concours which she entered.[2] She was a prolific composer, yet not much else is known about her life. Her compositions, ca. 150 in all, consist of pieces for piano, orchestral and chamber works, songs, two ballets [3] and two one-act operas. [1]

Hedwiges Maduro: a Dutch football midfielder who currently plays for Valencia. His father is originally from the island of Aruba in the Caribbean the mother from Curaçao.At Ajax he was voted as the club's brightest emerging talent in 2003-04.[2] As a result he made his appearance in Ajax' first team squad for the 2004-05 season, making his debut against Roda JC on February 26, 2005 in a 1-2 away win. Just weeks after his Eredivisie debut he was called up to the national team, making his debut against Romania in March 2005.As of the 2005-06 season he became a first team regular and he won his first career trophies, starting with the 2005 Johan Cruijff-schaal and the 2006 KNVB Cup.
