Aarno Emil Ruusuvuori: was a Finnish architect, professor and director of the Museum of Finnish Architecture. He studied at Helsinki University of Technology, completing his studies in 1951.Aarno Ruusuvuori was one of the central architects in Finland during the 1960s, well known for designing modern buildings, often using exposed concrete, often in a Brutalist style. His best-known work is the Church of Hyvinkää (1961, located in Hyvinkää, Uusimaa). Other churches are Huutoniemi Church (1964, located in Vaasa), Tapiola Church (1965, located in Espoo) and the Chapel of Rauhanummi cemetery (1972, located in Hyvinkää).

Aarno Raninen: is a Finnish singer, songwriter and musician. His main instrument is piano but he has also mastered violin, cello and accordion.Raninen began his musical studies at a young age. After he moved to Helsinki in 1966 he got a job as a studio conductor at Musiikki-Fazer. While working there he made a lot of cooperative work with the likes of songwriter Juha Vainio. Later on Raninen went to work in Discophon where he wrote lyrics for many Finnish musicians, such as Seija Simola, Carola, Tauno Palo, Vesa-Matti Loiri, Monica Aspelund, Heikki Kinnunen, Arja Koriseva, Erkki Liikanen and the Soitinmenot-ensemble.

Aarnoud Jan Anne Aleid Baron Van Heemstra: was a Dutchs jurist en politician. In 1902 he was appointed official at the district court in Roermond and in October 1909 he deputy public prosecutor at the arrondissement court of Maastricht. In 1910 he became mayor of the city of Arnhem, following Antonie Röell and preceding Dirk Jan de Geer. In 1920 Queen Wilhelmina appointed him governor of Suriname. In 1928 he left this post and retired to his estate Zijpendaal outside Arnhem. Until 1940 he redacted a political economic magazine.
