He studied art at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes “San Alejandro” from 1980 to 1985 and the Instituto Superior Pedagógico Enrique José Varona from 1986 to 1991.[1][2] He was a member of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba.

Sandalio Simeon Consuegra Castello: was a Cuban-born relief pitcher in Major League Baseball. From 1950 through 1957, Consuegra played for the Washington Senators (1950–53), Chicago White Sox (1953–56), Baltimore Orioles (1956–57) and New York Giants (1957). He batted and threw right-handed. In an eight-season career, Consuegra posted a 51–32 record with 26 saves and a 3.37 ERA in 809.1 innings. He pitched in 248 games, starting 71 of them.

Rizo is a lawyer trained at the Catholic University of Chile; he also studied in the London School of Economics.Rizo was nominated as the PLC's presidential candidate for the 2006 election in which he finished in third place behind Daniel Ortega and Eduardo Montealegre, receiving 25.11% of the vote. Facundo Hurtado Castellón: is a Bolivian politician and journalist. Hurtado Castellón represented the journalists at the newspaper El Diario in the La Paz Press Workers Trade Union (STPLP) and was the STPLP delegate to the Press Workers Federation of Bolivia (FTPB). As of 2002, he served as a member of the editorial board of the newspaper El Patriota. In 1997 he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies, as the CONDEPA candidate in the single-member constituency Nr. 7 (which covers areas of the Murillo province). His alternate was Zenón Yupanqui Alejo. Hurtado Castellón was the head of the Journalists' and Social Communication Council of CONDEPA. He was also the National Election Campaign Press Chief of the party. He was a member of the commission of the campaign "Palenque 97".
