Zhen-yi Wang: is a Chinese pathophysiologist and the Professor of Medicine and Pathophysiology at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SSMU) in Shanghai, China. A full professor at Shanghai Second Medical University before its amalgamation, from 1987 to 1996 he was Director of the Hematology Institute at Rai-Jin Hospital in Shanghai. His research has led to the improved survival of patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APML).

Peng Zhen: was a leading member of the Communist Party of China.He joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1923 as a founding member of the Shanxi Province CP. Arrested in 1929, he continued underground political activities while imprisoned. He was released from prison in 1935 and began organizing a resistance movement against the invading Japanese forces. Around the same time, he was appointed the Organization Department Director of the North Bureau of CPC. He also served on a number of positions as vice-president of the Central Party School and director of the CPC Policy Research Office. In 1945 he served in the history research committee and the organizing committee of the Communist Party's 7th National Congress. He is credited with substantial efforts towards the 1948 capture of Beijing by Communist forces in the Chinese Civil War.

Zhao Zhen: was the fourth emperor of the Song Dynasty of China. His personal name was Zhao Zhen (??). He reigned from 1022 to 1063. Renzong was the son of Emperor Zhenzong of Song. Despite his long reign of over 40 years, Renzong is not widely known. His reign marked the high point of Song influences and powers but was also the beginning of its slow disintegration that would persist over the next century and a half.

Consort Zhen: was a concubine of the Guangxu Emperor (1871–1908) of the Qing Dynasty in China. she was the daughter of Changxu of the Tatala clan and younger sister of Consort Jin (1874–1924) who was also a concubine of the Guangxu Emperor. She was born in the second year of the reign of Guangxu and lived (27 February 1876 – 15 August 1900). Consort Zhen was the favourite consort of the Guangxu Emperor. She entered the Forbidden City in 1888. Soon after that, on 25 February 1889 she was granted the title of "Concubine Zhen".

Lady Zhen: was the first wife of Cao Pi, the first ruler of the state of Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. Her personal name is unknown. She was posthumously honored as an empress because her son Cao Rui later became emperor. Some historians refer to her as Zhen Luo or Zhen Fu ; many sources refer to her as Zhen Ji , but this is a title rather than a name.
