Yin Shun: was a well known Buddhist monk and scholar in the tradition of Chinese Mahayana Buddhism. Yin Shun's research helped bring forth the ideal of Humanistic Buddhism, a leading mainstream Buddhist philosophy studied and upheld by many practioners. His work also regenerated the interests in the long-ignored Agamas (Nikayas) among Chinese Buddhists society and his ideas are echoed by Theravadin teacher Bhikkhu Bodhi. As a contemporary master, he was most popularly known as the mentor of Venerable Master Cheng Yen (Pinyin: Zhengyan), the founder of Tzu-Chi Buddhist Foundation, as well as the teacher to several other monastics.

Sit recorded many albums in her teens, and later served as a mentor to Anita Mui, who went on to become one of the biggest superstars in Hong Kong history. She first starred in the long-running series A Kindred Spirit, playing one of the show's central figures. It was the longest-running series in Hong Kong history, with more than 1,000 episodes.

Liu Yin: is a Chinese curler from Harbin. She plays third on the Chinese national team, skipped by Wang Bingyu. Liu has played internationally for China since 2002, when she was an alternate on the team at the Pacific Curling Championships when she had only been curling for two years In 2004, she was a full member of the team. She played third for the team at the 2004 Pacific Championships, and then second at the 2005 World Women's Curling Championship- her first. The team finished 7th. The following season, Liu was playing lead for the team for the Pacific Championships, and then she played third once again at the 2006 Ford World Women's Curling Championship, where the team finished 5th.
