David Charles Arthur Sparrow: is a Canadian actor born in England and living in Toronto. He has appeared in over eighty film and television roles, including the films Serendipity (2001), The Hurricane, Shall we Dance (2004) and 16 Blocks and the television series Monk, Star Trek: Voyager, Corner Gas, Little Mosque on the Prairie, CSI and She's the Mayor. On stage, Sparrow has performed in productions from coast to coast with icons of the Canadian theatre, including Walter Learning and Ted Follows. In 2001 he wrote, performed in and co-directed the sold-out, comedy hit The Honeymurders at Sacred Fools Theater Company in Los Angeles, California. He is a member of the Screen Actor's Guild (SAG), the Canadian Actor's Equity Association (CAEA) and the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA) where he serves as the vice-president of member services.
