Fowlkes was drafted out of Fresno State by the Denver Nuggets with the 54th pick of the 1998 NBA Draft, though he did not make an NBA on-court appearance until the 2001-02 season. He has played for the Los Angeles Clippers (two seasons), Detroit Pistons (one season, winning the 2003-04 championship) and Indiana Pacers (one season) of the NBA, averaging in 103 games 3 points and 2.2 rebounds. He also appeared for the New Orleans Hornets during the 2004 preseason.

Hadley Brown Tremain: was a lawyer and political figure in Nova Scotia, Canada. He represented Hants in the Canadian House of Commons from 1911 to 1921 as a Conservative. Tremain served on the town council for Windsor from 1906 to 1909. From 1917 to 1921, he was a Unionist Party member. During World War I, Tremain was lieutenant-colonel commanding the 112th Battalion of Highlanders, which served overseas. He died in Windsor at the age of 76.

He is a White Nationalist organizer who has posted on White Nationalist web forums such as Stormfront and other websites using the screen name “mathdoktor99,” and on other websites as “JCMateri.” The National-Socialist Party of Canada (NSPC) is a neo-Nazi group founded by Terry Tremaine in 2006. Despite its name, it is not a registered political party in Canada. It is unknown how many individuals are actually members of the group. Tremaine is the respondent in a complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal by lawyer Richard Warman. The NSPC is affiliated with the United States-based National Socialist Movement.

Barclay Edmund Tremaine: was a lawyer, judge and political figure in Nova Scotia, Canada. He represented Victoria in the Canadian House of Commons from 1875 to 1876 as a Liberal member.Tremaine first ran for election to the House of Commons in an 1874 by-election held after William Ross was named customs collector for Halifax, but was defeated by Charles James Campbell. After Campbell's election was appealed, Tremaine won the subsequent by-election held in 1875.
