Henryk Antoni Flame: was a corporal and pilot in the Polish Air Force, and a captain of the anti-communist underground organization NSZ.Henryk was the son of Emeryk and Maria (nee Raszyk). In 1919 the Flame family moved from Frysztat in Zaolzie to Czechowice-Dziedzice. He finished the local gimnazjum and the Technical School in Bielsko. In 1936 he volunteered for the army and began studying at the School for Cadets of the Airforce in Bydgoszcz, which he completed in 1939 with the rank of corporal-pilot. He was alloted to the 123th Fighter Squadron which was stationed in Kraków.

Henryk Kazimierz Milicer: was a Polish-Australian aircraft designer and pilot[1].He was born in Warsaw, Poland, the son of a university professor whose family was descended from Baron Karol von Militzer. An ardent Polish patriot, Henry developed an early interest in aviation. In 1924 he won an aeromodelling competition with the prize being a flight over Warsaw, his home city. At age 14 he built a full-size glider and at 17 qualified as a glider pilot. After receiving a degree in aeronautical engineering he worked as a junior designer in the National Aviation Works (Panstwowe Zaklady Lotnicze) on the PZL.37 Los bomber project headed by Jerzy Dabrowski and later for the RWD company on the RWD-25 low-wing, fixed-wheels fighter project.

Following the German and Soviet invasion of Poland, he was arrested and murdered in the Stanislawów prison, under unknown circumstances.
