Hebert Dorsey Levens: a former American football running back in the NFL.After playing in various backup roles, he played well in the 1996 postseason, and became the starting halfback after Edgar Bennett tore his achilles tendon in the 1997 pre-season. Levens emerged as one of the best running backs in football in 1997, rushing for over 1400 yards and getting voted to the Pro Bowl. However, he injured his knee again during the 1998 season and was never the same. He gained 1,000 yards for the Packers in the 1999 season, but was mostly used in a reserve role after that.

Heberto Padilla: was a Cuban poet. The Padilla Affair was named after him.[1] He was born in Puerta de Golpe, Pinar del Río, Cuba. His first book of poetry, Las rosas audaces (The Audacious Roses), was published in 1948. After a failed first marriage and three children, he married poet Belkis Cuza Malé in 1972.Although Padilla initially supported the revolution led by Fidel Castro, by the late 1960s he began to criticize it openly. A worldwide controversy was sparked when Padilla was placed under house arrest for "subversive writing" because of the verses in his award-winning 1968 anthology Fuera del Juego (Out Of The Game) that expressed dissatisfaction with the Castro regime. In 1971, Padilla was imprisoned by the regime. His son, Ernesto Padilla, was born in 1972.

From 1991 to 1993 he was the Opposition Whip in the Senate and from 1993 to 1998 he was the Government Whip in the Senate.

Jean-Baptiste Hébert: was a merchant, farmer, master carpenter and political figure in Lower Canada. He represented Buckingham from 1808 to 1814 and Nicolet from 1835 until the suspension of the constitution in 1838 in the Legislative Assembly of Lower Canada. Hébert did not run for reelection to the assembly in 1814. He was elected to the assembly for Nicolet in an 1835 by-election held after the death of Louis Bourdages. He was put in prison in February 1838 for taking part in the Lower Canada Rebellion but was released later that same month. Hébert died at Kamouraska at the age of 81.
