György Lukács: was a Hungarian politician, who served as Minister of Religion and Education between 1905 and 1906. From 1887 to 1897 he worked for the Ministry of the Interior. He suggested to nationalize the instutition of parish register. He had significant role in the crush of the peasant movements. He was member of the Diet of Hungary from 1921. During the Regency he was active in the works of the Interparliamentary Union and the League of Nations Union. He served as president of the Hungarian National Fine Art Association and manager chairman of the chauvinist Hungarian Revisionist League party.

György Majláth: was a Hungarian statesman.In 1817 he became deputy head of Pozsony county; in 1819, second commissioner for Transylvania; in 1821 a member of the Governor's Council (Helytartótanács); and in 1822 prothonotary to the royal court. From 1832 to 1839 he worked as Staatsrat in Vienna, and in 1839 was appointed judex curiae (chief justice) of Hungary. Around the time of the Hungarian Revolution of 1848, he became president of the upper house of the National Assembly in Pest, but resigned shortly thereafter.

György Nyisztor: was a Hungarian politician, who served as People's Commissar of Agriculture during the Hungarian Soviet Republic. After the fall of the communist regime he was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1920. However in the next year he was taken to the Soviet Union at the time of an occasion of prisoner change. Nyisztor returned to Hungary in 1945.
