Živko Budimir: is a Bosnian politician serving as President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, one of the two autonomous entities that compose Bosnia and Herzegovina. He became a member of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia and left the party in 1984 as a member of the Yugoslav People's Army. He left the Yugoslav Army in 1986 due to disagreement with their policy. His political career started again in 2006, when he became a member of the Croatian Party of Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2008 he was elected as a member of th City Council of Mostar, and by a majority election in both of houses of parliament he became President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 17 March 2011. As a president of Federation he changed Rules of Procedure of Government of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina so that no decision can't pass without agreement of one-third of Croatian ministers in government.
