Avraham Ofek: was an Israeli sculptor, muralist, painter and printmaker. Born in Bourgaz, Bulgaria, he immigrated to Israel in 1949, where he lived in Ein Hamifratz, a kibbutz near Haifa. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, as well as in Spain and in London, and later taught art in Jerusalem before being appointed head of the Art Department at Haifa University.

Avraham-Yehuda Goldrat: was an Israeli journalist and politician who served as a member of the Knesset between 1949 and 1951.In the elections for the first Knesset in 1949, he won a seat on the United Religious Front list, an alliance of the four major religious parties. He lost his seat in the 1951 elections. In 1954 he left Poalei Agudat Yisrael, and later joined the National Religious Party, becoming a member of its directorate and head of its Culture and Information department.

Avraham Shmuel Rakanti: was a Greek-Israeli politician and journalist. In Greece he served as deputy mayor of Thessaloniki between 1925 and 1933, whilst in Israel he was a member of the Knesset for Herut between 1949 and 1951.
