Aleksy Antkiewicz: November 12, 1923 – April 3, 2005) was a famous Polish boxer. He has won two Olympic medals for Poland: bronze in London 1948 in featherweight division (which was the only Polish medal at those Olympic Games and the first medal for Poland in boxing) and silver at the next Olympics in Helsinki 1952 in lightweight.

Aleksy Cwiakowski: was a Polish political activist of the 1920s whose influence rested in his status as the co-founder and leader of the country's monarchist movement.A native of the Czestochowa County village of Sygontka, Aleksy Cwiakowski withdrew from politics in 1930 and, during the destruction of World War II and subsequent Communist takeover, was able to make his way to London, where he died in the year of his 68th birthday, 1953.

Aleksy Kuziemski: is a boxer from Poland.Kuziemski won the bronze medal at light heavy at the 2003 World Amateur Boxing Championships, and another bronze at the 2004 European Amateur Boxing Championships.He participated in the 2004 Summer Olympics. There he was beaten in the first round of the Light heavyweight (81 kg) division by Kazakhstan's Beibut Shumenov, who recently fought for a world title.
