Most recently in 2009 he was awarded the Bronze Medal for his collaborative projects with international NGOs, medical professionals and the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital. Also in 2009, Dr. Theavy was honored to receive the first ever International Observer Fellowship awarded by the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Hoyan Mok Origin/Culture/Country: Chinese
Hoyan Mok: was the winner of the 1993 Miss Hong Kong Pageant and a TVB Hong Kong actress. She beat Kenix Kwok, who was considered a favourite to win, having won two side awards including Media's Favourite and Potential Artist. She is Alex Fong Chung-Sun 's wife, and has a daughter named Ka Ching. As Miss Hong Kong, she also competed at the 1994 Miss Universe pageant. She placed 45th at the pageant, same as her successor Halina Tam. Mok also competed at the Miss Chinese International 1994 pageant where she made the top 10 only, becoming the first Miss Hong Kong to not place in the top 3.
