Michalina Wislocka: was a Polish gynecologist and sexologist, author of Sztuka kochania (The Art of Loving, 1976), the first guide to sexual life in the Communist countries. Her book become a bestseller (total circulation of 7 million copies) and started greater openness about matters of sex and sex life in Poland.She was co-founder of Society of Sensible Maternity (Towarzystwo Swiadomego Macierzynstwa) in which she worked on infertility treatment and birth control. She was chief of first in Poland Dispensary of Sensible Maternity (Poradnia Swiadomego Macierzynstwa) in Institute of Mother and Child (Instytut Matki i Dziecka) in Warsaw, Poland. In 70s of XX Century she was chief of Cytodiagnostic Laboratory of Family planning Society.
