Jahn Teigen: is a Norwegian singer and musician. He represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest three times, in 1978, 1982 and 1983 respectively. His given name was Jan, he added the silent H later. Since October 2006 he has been living in Sweden.

Gunnar Jahn: was a Norwegian jurist, economist, statistician, politician for the Liberal Party and resistance member. He held several important positions, such as Norwegian Minister of Finance and Customs from 1934 to 1935 and in 1945, chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee from 1941 to 1966 and Governor of the Central Bank of Norway from 1946 to 1954. From 1917 to 1919 he worked in Rasjoneringsdirektoratet, and from 1919 to 1920 he was the director there. In 1920 he became director of Statistics Norway. He was a member of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters from 1927. From November 1934 to March 1935 he was the Minister of Finance and Customs in Mowinckel's Third Cabinet. He became a member of the Norwegian Nobel Committee in 1937, and chairman from 1941 to 1966. He was also a member of the Liberal Party's national board for some time.

Ena Anglein Von Baer Jahn: is a Chilean journalist, political scientist and current senator.In December 2009, von Baer lost a very tight race for a seat in the Senate. In March 2010 she became Ministry General Secretariat of Government. In July 2011 she became a senator, replacing Pablo Longueira, who left the senate to become Minister of Economy.Although von Baer has had no formal political career and is not involved with any particular political party, she accepted to run as senator representing her native region, and for which she was supported by the Independent Democratic Union (UDI). She lost the seat by a narrow margin to José García Ruminot of the National Renewal Party (RN). After her defeat, she was campaign spokeswoman for Sebastián Piñera's presidential runoff race. She had previously worked as academic of Piñera's government program as part of the so-called Grupos Tantauco.
