Dilia Elena DÃaz Cisneros: is a Venezuelan teacher and poet, founder of the public schools "Bogotá", "Los Jardines" and "Caracciolo Parra León" in Caracas.Being born at El Hatillo town of the Miranda state, starts her studies in the rural school of El Hatillo, specializing at manualities. Graduates as teacher at the "Gran Colombia" school in Caracas. From her graduation in 1947, dedicates her life to the education, working at the "Andrés Bello" Federal school (1947 - 1950), teacher of the "José Mariá España" National school (1961 - 1965), manualist teacher a the "Pestalozzi" Center (1960 - 1978). In 1965, founds the National school "Bogotá", being the director until 1968, that year founds the National school "Los Jardines", directing this institution until 1971, when funds the National school "Caracciolo Parra León". On July 1, 1978 gets the jubilation from the Venezuelan education ministry. Also, DÃaz Cisneros has wrote during her career, school poems, anthems, and declamations, has been the author of the anthems of the "Caracciolo Parra León" and "Pestalozzi" institutes, some of her poems has been published at the Cadena Tricolor.

Dilian Francisca Toro Torres: is a Colombian doctor and politician serving as Senator of Colombia. As Senator, Toro was elected President of the Congress of Colombia becoming only the second woman to do so. Upon returning to Colombia, she was elected councilor for the Municipality of Guacarí, and in 1992 she became Mayor of Guacarí post which she occupied until 1994. Toro Torres was first elected to Congress as a candidate in the 2002 Legislative Elections for the Colombian Liberal Party receiving a total of 71,721 votes.

Irasema Dilián: She appeared in four Spanish films between the years 1946 and 1949 before moving to Mexico and making her debut in Muchachas de uniforme (Girls in Uniform, 1950), a remake of the 1931 German picture Mädchen in Uniform. In 1952, Dilián was nominated for an Ariel for Paraíso Robado. Over the next several years, Dilián starred in a number of important films with such major stars as Arturo de Córdova and Pedro Infante, and played the leading female role in Luis Buñuel's Abismos de pasión (1954).
