Schapelle Leigh Corby: Corby is serving a 20-year sentence (for which she has received approximately one year in remissions) for the importation of 4.2ákg (9.3álb) of cannabis into Bali, Indonesia. She was convicted and sentenced in Bali on 27 May 2005 by the Denpasar (Indonesia) District Court and currently serves her sentence in Kerobokan Prison, Bali. On appeal, her conviction and sentence were confirmed with finality by the Indonesian Supreme Court. No further legal manoeuvres on her part are possible; she may petition for clemency from Indonesia's president, but would have to admit guilt to do so.

Matthew John "Matt" Corby: an Australian singer, who was the runner-up to Natalie Gauci on the fifth season of Australian Idol in 2007.[1],Matt Corby auditioned in Sydney, New South Wales. He was the last person to audition in 2007. He was selected by the judges as one of the final 24 after strong performances throughout the theatre rounds. Matthew was in the first male group to perform and the following night he was voted as the first person through to the top 12.

Henry "Harry" Corby: was an Ontario businessman and political figure. He represented Hastings West as a Conservative member of the Canadian House of Commons from 1888 to 1901. He was born in Belleville, Ontario in 1851, the son of Henry Corby. He attended school at the Rockwood Academy in Rockwood, Ontario. In 1881, he took over the family distillery, which later became part of Corby Distilleries. He was appointed to the Senate of Canada in 1912 and died while still in office.
