Scotland 'Scot' Gemmill: a Scottish former professional football (soccer) player. He played as a midfielder, most recently for the now-defunct club New Zealand Knights. He is the son of former Scottish international footballer Archie Gemmill.He started his career at Nottingham Forest under the legendary Brian Clough and played there for nine years, making nearly 250 appearances before moving to Everton in 1999. By 2004, Gemmill was finding it harder to keep his place in the Everton team, and was loaned out to Preston North End
