Pierre Laporte            Origin/Culture/Country: American

Pierre Laporte: was a Canadian politician who was the Vice-Premier and Minister of Labour of the province of Quebec before being kidnapped and murdered by members of the terrorist group Front de Libération du Québec (FLQ) during the October Crisis.On October 10, 1970 Laporte was kidnapped from his home in Saint-Lambert, Quebec by FLQ. They dubbed him the "Minister of Unemployment and Assimilation," and held him hostage in an anti-government protest. Pierre Laporte's dead body was found in the trunk of a car seven days later on October 17. He had been strangled. His kidnappers were subsequently captured and sentenced to long prison terms for his murder, but only served terms ranging from 7 to 11 years.

Justin Cornelius Pierre: a singer, songwriter and guitarist originally from Mahtomedi, Minnesota, United States. He is the co-founder and lead vocalist of the pop punk band Motion City Soundtrack, and is known for his interests and pursuits in film making and production of music.Justin Pierre formed Motion City Soundtrack in 1997 with friend Joshua Cain,[1] becoming the lead singer and also playing guitar. He and Cain both previously took stints on the moog synthesizer in the band, until the foundation of the current lineup. Paul Saint Pierre: is a journalist and author in British Columbia, Canada. He was the Member of Parliament for the riding of Coast Chilcotin from 1968-1972.
