Cullen Benjamin Bailey: is an Australian cricketer. He is a leg-spin bowler, who represents South Australia in the Ford Ranger Cup and Sheffield Shield, the Australian domestic cricket competitions. He represents the Sturt club in the Adelaide Grade Cricket competition. Along with fellow South Australian spinner, Dan Cullen, Bailey attended Westminster School in Adelaide where he was coached by Kim Harris, former assistant coach of the Southern Redbacks. Bailey is currently coached by Terry Jenner, the man who advised Shane Warne, and was thought to be a prospect to be the leg-spinner to follow the likes of Warne and Stuart MacGill into the Australian cricket team. He was given a national contract but some poor performances saw his contract not be renewed, and he was later dropped from the state team. To date, Bailey has played 21 first-class matches, taking 63 wickets at an average of 43.31, with best figures of 5/90.

Roy Cullen: was a Liberal MP for the riding of Etobicoke North in the Canadian House of Commons. Prior to his first election to the House of Commons, Cullen was a vice-president of the Noranda Forest Group and served as an assistant deputy minister in the British Columbia Ministry of Forests. He was very active in the Salvation Army, Rotary International and the United Way. He was first elected in a by-election in 1996 and was subsequently re-elected in the 1997. He stayed as MP until 2008 when he announced his retirement. He served through four sessions of parliament. He was elected and served as chair of the Ontario Liberal Caucus from 1998 to 1999. In 1999 he was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance, and was re-appointed following the 2000 general election. In February 2004, Cullen was elected chair of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance, and on July 20, 2004, Mr. Cullen was appointed parliamentary secretary to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness.

Nathan Cullen: is a Canadian federal politician. He is the Member of Parliament for the riding of Skeena—Bulkley Valley and a member of the New Democratic Party. While he was raised in Toronto and worked for several years in Central and South America, he moved to Smithers, British Columbia in 1998 working as a private consultant. He entered politics in 2004, as the NDP candidate challenging the Conservative Party incumbent Andy Burton. Cullen won the 2004 election and was re-elected in 2006, 2008, and 2011, allowing him to serve as a Member of Parliament in the 38th, 39th, 40th, and 41st Parliaments. Cullen introduced several private members bills, though none were adopted, such as the Phthalate Control Act and the Canada's Clean Air and Climate Change Act in the 39th Parliament, as well as the Bicycle Path Promotion Act and An Act to amend the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 in the 40th Parliament. At the age of 31, in the June 2004 federal election, Cullen was elected to his first term as a Member of Parliament. He had won the NDP nomination in the Skeena—Bulkley Valley riding three months earlier against a Prince Rupert social worker. In the general election, he challenged the Conservative incumbent Andy Burton, Liberal Miles Richardson who was chair of the B.C. Treaty Commission, Rod Taylor of the Christian Heritage Party, engineer and photographer Roger Benham of the Green Party and Marxist-Leninist Frank Martin. The election was seen as a tight three-way race between Burton, Richardson, and Cullen.

When Turtle Mountain MLA Mervin Tweed resigned from the provincial legislature in 2004 (to run for the Canadian House of Commons), Cullen sought and won the Progressive Conservative nomination to succeed him. Turtle Mountain is a safe Progressive Conservative seat, and Cullen was elected with about 60% of the popular vote on June 29, 2004. He was officially sworn in on July 15. Cullen was re-elected in the 2007 provincial election.

Eugene Patrick Cullen: was a farmer and political figure on Prince Edward Island. He represented 3rd Queens in the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island from 1944 to 1959 as a Liberal. In 1942, he married Gladys Kathleen McCardle. Cullen was first elected to the provincial assembly in an 1944 by-election held after Mark R. MacGuigan was appointed a judge. He was defeated when he ran for reelection in 1959, 1962 and 1966. Cullen served as speaker for the assembly in 1948 and 1949. He was also a member of the province's Executive Council, serving as Minister of Industry and Natural Resources in 1950 and as Minister of Agriculture from 1955 to 1959. Cullen was also chairman of the board for Saint Dunstan's University, chairman of the board of management for the Prince Edward Island Central School of Nursing and chairman for the Prince Edward Island Health Services Commission. He was a director for the United Way and was chair of the provincial campaign in 1970.

He represented 2nd Kings in the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island as a Liberal from 1943 to 1947 and from 1951 to 1955. Cullen served as speaker for the assembly from 1944 to 1947. He was defeated when he ran for reelection in 1947. He served as Clerk for the General Assembly from 1949 to 1959 and again from 1966 to 1978. Cullen died at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown at the age of 80.
