Monika Kostera: is an organization theorist, known for contributions to postmodern business studies, myths, storytelling and narrative analysis in anthropology of organization.At present, she is a professor at the School of Management and Economics at Växjö University in Sweden[1], and at Faculty of Management at Warsaw University in Poland [2]. Currently, she holds positions in several editorial boards of international journals in the field, including Journal of Organizational Change Management, Human Relations, Management Learning.Her research takes a constructionist perspective on organizing, most recently exploring the organizational archetypes. She is interested in methodology, especially in failures in organizational ethnography. She also made contributions to organizational changes in transitional economy theory[3], and critical management studies [4].
