Andreas Michalakopoulos Origin/Culture/Country: Greek
Andreas Michalakopoulos: was an important liberal politician in the inter-war period who served as Prime Minister of Greece from 7 October 1924 to 26 June 1925. He was a high level member of the "Komma Fileleftheron" (Liberal Party) and a close associate of its founder, the Greek statesman Eleftherios Venizelos, for more than 20 years. With Venizelos he participated in the negotiations for the international treaties of Sèvres and Lausanne, and co-signed as Foreign Minister the Greek-Turkish Friendship Convention (also known as the Treaty of Ankara) on 30 October 1930.

He became mayor of the city of Agrinio for three terms, 1925 to 1934 and from 1951 to 1952 when he died. He was one of the most important mayors and between the works in which he did and the complements of the street plan of the city, the paving of the city and the construction of a water tower in 1930, the finances of the uncovering of the ancient city of Agrinio, the owning of the public marked in 1932 and in that time, Agrinio was electrified for the first time.

Andreas Papagiannakopoulos: was a judge and a politiican of Kalavryta and Achaia. He was elected as a politician for Kalavryta in 1885 and continuously from 1887 until 1910 as for the Achaia prefecture. He tried to be elected as mayor of Patras but without success.
