Safia Monney: a French-German actress.Monney was born to an Iraqi father from Baghdad and a French mother, but she was born and raised in Germany, her grandfathers native country. She grew up in Saarbrücken, close to the French frontier. She is also fluent in French and German. Once she finished school, she started traveling and focusing on her acting career. After a short stay in Munich, the young actress attended the famous Konservatorium of Vienna in Austria, where she studied drama and acting.
